  1. I purchased an item, but did not receive it. What should I do?
Please contact the Customer Support (CS) in the game for assistance.


  1. I can't smelt an item with three orange stats or Refinement Stones.
Go to Settings and uncheck the option Smelting of Gear containing Refinement Stones is not allowed.


  1. Why can't I temper equipment?
You need to ensure the following conditions:
  • The equipment pieces have the same name and rarity.
  • The item you want to use for tempering must have a higher quality degree than the one you are tempering.
  1. In Realm Exploration, I invited mercenaries, but they are standing still.
If your mercenaries are not moving, try double-tapping on a boss or monster to activate them.


  1. Why do others with similar character levels have more bosses shown in "Hosting"?
To unlock more bosses in Hosting, manually teleport to the boss locations and defeat them. Once killed, they will appear in your Hosting list.


  1. I acquired a costume from the store, but I can't wear it.
If you have purchased a costume:
  • Go to Character -> Outfit to equip it.
  • Do NOT go to Character -> Bag and click Salvage, as this will destroy the costume and refund you with a "Blue Rubik's Cube."
  1. Why does "Sky Spire" only show me stages from 0 to 30?
This is not a bug. To unlock more stages, you must first complete the visible stages before advancing further.


  1. My equipped gear has disappeared.
You may have switched presets. Go to Character -> Bag and look above your Character Power (CP). Select preset [1], [2], or [3]. Choosing [1] should display your original gear.


  1. I formed a team with a friend, but they didn’t get the boss reward in "Otherworld."
If your friend joined after the boss was engaged, they may not have been registered as a team member. It's best to form the team and approach the boss together from the start.
